His vertical industry experiences include Chemical, oil & gas, textile, garment, plywood, IT software, insurance, construction, shipyard, port, electronics, electrical, steel, gold jewellery, hospital, hospital services, automotive parts, lighting, hotels, fast food, frozen food, Nickel Mining etc.

Jeffrey received his BSc(Hon) degree from UK. Jeffrey is PMP(Project Management Professional) certified. He speaks fluently in Mandarin and some Bahasa Malay, Bahasa Indonesia, in addition to English.
