Chan Chin Keong is a Senior Team Member with TIP Consultants, based in Singapore.

 

Chin Keong has more than 15 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance, Business Process Re-engineering and Human Resources in South-East Asia.

 

Notably, Chin Keong spent 5 years with Alexander Proudfoot Company as a Business Process Re-engineering consultant, analyzing designing and changing core work processes in client organizations in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong and Singapore to gain measurable business results.  This experience was valuable in enabling Chin Keong to understand real-life issues related to systems, people and customer requirements; with a track record of producing successful results in turning around more than 40 loss making, regional MNCs and SMEs.

 

Chin Keong has considerable experience as management in several companies in Singapore heading functions such as Human Resources, Safety, Quality Assurance and Training and Development.

 

Chin Keong has a Masters Degree in International Business with Curtin University and a Bachelor degree in Psychology with University of Calgary.
