A graduate of University of Waikato, New Zealand, with a degree in Business Management, Christopher has acquired valuable knowledge from being immersed into various industries.

A born leader, Christopher has led projects from green-field state. His involvement includes selection of design, equipment, contractors, commissioning and operating the facilities. He is capable of working with professional parties like architects, engineers and project managers. For turnkey developments, Christopher is the key person coordinating the different categories of work and monitoring of project schedule to ensure timely completion and within budget.

Christopher started his career in the field of productivity management. Over the years, he has gained in-depth insights of lean manufacturing, total quality management as well as knowledge management. He has also under-took senior management position such as Vice-President of a manufacturing plant and Chief Operating Officer of healthcare facilities.

Christopher has designed and developed a unique Business Performance Improvement Programme tailored to deliver operational excellence within a continuous improvement culture. It incorporates streamline business processes coupled with management systems and effective operating structure. This programme has been successfully implemented in many organisations throughout the Asia Pacific.
