Francis Tam is a Director of TIP Consultants, based in Thailand.  Francis has over 25 years of management consulting and senior management experience across Asia Pacific. Francis specializes in gap analysis of business situation; develop & implement management programs to enhance business profitability. He has specific experience in operation management for both manufacturing and service industries such as operating cost reduction, business process reengineering, balance scorecard, performance management, conduct leadership program and cultivate behaviour change.

Francis has extensive experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Services Industries. Specific Supply Chain sectors include consumer products, catering and electronics. Natural resources sector includes sugar cane, oil & coal mining. Service industries include banking, hotel, insurance, airline and logistics.

Prior to joining TIP Consultants, Francis held leadership position in major international consulting firms. In addition to his consulting career, Francis has held a senior management position in Global FMGC Corporation.

Francis received his MBA from Australia and Bachelor’s degree from Canada. Francis is a member of Industrial Engineering Association. He speaks fluent Cantonese and Mandarin in addition to English. A member of the Association of Certified Productivity Specialists (CPS) in New York, N.Y
