Freddy Hertanto is a senior leader of Strategy & Initiative Management which focusing on continuous improvement on a Mining company, based in Indonesia. Freddy has over 17 years of management consulting and senior management experience across South East Asia. Freddy specializes in gap analysis of business situation; develop & implement management programs to enhance business profitability. He has specific experience in operation management for mining industry, manufacturing and services industries such as operating cost reduction, business process reengineering, balance scorecard, performance management, conduct leadership program, cultivate behaviour change and designing a concept of Corporate Social Responsibility that elaborate post mining program and linked to community development.

Freddy has extensive experience in Mining Operation, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Services Industries. Specific Supply Chain sectors include electricity transmission & distribution. Natural resources sector includes Independent Power Plant, oil & coal mining. Service industries include hotel, IPP and logistics.

Prior to joining TIPI Consultants, Freddy held leadership position in major international consulting firms. In addition to his consulting career, Freddy has held a president director position in Coal Fired Power Plant.

Freddy received his Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering from Australia and Bachelor’s degree from Indonesia. Freddy is a member of the Association of Certified Productivity Specialists (CPS) in New York and Indonesian Industrial Engineering Association. He speaks fluent Javanese and Indonesia in addition to English.
