Sandy has been specialized in the Railway Logistic field since ‘80 where his career started as a Station Supervisor of MTRC Hong Kong to Advisor of BTSC Thailand. In particular, Sandy posses strong hand on experiences in following areas:

• Modern railway operations – operational system in-charge, Operations central control and incident management. Management of a metro company at executive level – BTS/Thailand.
• Project Management – railway/Metro design, pre-operation planning, implementation and trial operations. As well as revenue operations, including Maintenance and Operational safety.
• System testing and commissioning – railway systems integrated testing and commissioning, trial operations and passenger operations.
• Works Train Operations – pre-operational engineering train operation to facilitate construction of new railway during construction phase. (Programme planning and implementation for the installation of multi Railway Systems)
• Incident handling, investigation and crowd management.
