Reporting to the Project Manager, the Consultant’s main goal is to to identify and propose opportunities for productivity improvement in client working practices, and to then develop and implement new and improved work processes, change cultures, transfer management skills and embed sustainable improvements.

Our undergraduates join us from many backgrounds—there is no single “right” major or course of study. Our people do share some common qualities including excellent academic performance, leadership abilities, and experience working on or off campus. We look for strong problem solvers with leadership potential—we will share you the rest.

 

Undergraduates typically join as an implementation specialist as an integral part of our improvement delivery teams. Some stay for two or three years before attending a graduate school or leaving for further work experience; some stay on and move into a senior consultant role. Our roles include generalist consulting and practice consulting, focused on a specific function or industry (e.g., Supply Chain, Lean Manufacturing, Change Management).
